Hi Love!
It took me a long time to find the right way to describe what The Inspired Shift means to me. The name came to me a few months ago, yet it’s direction was very much fuzzy.
The short answer is that The Inspired Shift is my journey to spend time with my soul. To take my soul and truest version of myself out of the box I locked it in for so many years.
If you’re here with me, chances are you’re a mom. Maybe you have your own business, a side-gig, or a blooming career.
No matter your path, I know you’ll understand when I say this. As women, we wear many hats and are pulled in a million directions each day, all-day.
When the pandemic hit, it’s like my soul unleashed a lion’s roar and said “enough”.
It’s not good enough to “just get through today”. It’s not acceptable anymore to live like a shell of a human being.
The Inspired Shift is where I explore different mental and spiritual tools and techniques to start living like I actually love my life. To start trusting my intuition. To let go of resentments. To parent my kids with mindful teachings and hold the space for them to grow. To be the best partner I can to my husband.
In her book You can hear Your Life, Louise Hay said that it doesn’t matter if you start by exercising, eating well, or spiritual work. Eventually, as you get deeper into one, the others will follow.
This is where I explore how to implement real self-care for my body, mind and soul. I’d love for you to stick around and share this experience with me.

Spend more time with your soul.

What you can expect.
Questions. Questions and more Questions.
The best way I know how to re-connect with our soul and carve out happiness, is to contemplate questions.
Some are hard and will uncover deep-rooted patterns you need to release. others are playful.
Through meditation, contemplation, and journaling, somehow these dark feelings dissolve without you needing to do anything.
I’m a health coach, a kids fussy eating expert, a culinary nutrition expert, and a workout lover. You’ll find I weave nutrition, parenting and mindful living throughout this space.
